Where do you ship?

Sofás & Muebles ships to addresses within Spain where shipping is available at checkout. If your address is located outside of mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, or if the checkout process does not confirm delivery to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €15 for orders under €120. Standard shipping is free for orders of €120 or more.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days for most delivery addresses in Spain. Large or bulky furniture items may require additional coordination and take longer.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation before shipping by contacting info@sofasantander.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed as orders may be processed quickly. After shipping, it may not be possible to cancel, but you can still exercise your legal right of withdrawal or return policy, if applicable.

What is the legal right of withdrawal period?

For online consumer purchases, the legal right of withdrawal period is typically 14 calendar days from delivery.

What is the return policy?

In addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal,
Sofás & Muebles offers a commercial return period of 30 days from delivery. Returns requested after the legal withdrawal period must meet the commercial return conditions set out in the Returns and Refund Policy section.

Who pays for return shipping?

In case of legal withdrawal or returns for non-quality reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless
Sofás & Muebles agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. For valid claims of defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items,
Sofás & Muebles will cover return shipping costs when necessary.

Are original shipping costs refunded?

If the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, the initial standard shipping cost paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. If the customer chose a more expensive shipping option, only the cheaper standard shipping cost will be refunded.

For commercial returns for non-quality reasons, after the legal withdrawal period has passed, original shipping costs are not refundable, unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact info@sofasantander.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem. Please report any visible issues upon delivery as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can resolve it quickly. This does not limit your legal rights in case of defective or non-conforming products. What payment methods do you accept? Sofás & Muebles currently accepts Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods may appear at checkout, if available. Are taxes included? Product prices include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before order confirmation.

What warranty applies?

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods according to current Spanish legislation.
