Política de cancelación

Before Shipment

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting info@sofasantander.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

“CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line;

Order number;

Customer name;
Email address used to place the order.

Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed, as orders may be processed quickly. Sofás & Muebles will check the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.

If cancellation is possible and payment has already been made, Sofás & Muebles will refund the amount paid via the original payment method, where possible.

After Shipment

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier or courier service, it may not be possible to cancel.

Customers can still exercise their legal right of withdrawal or use the commercial returns policy, if applicable, as outlined in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
